About Us

Incorporated in the United Kingdom as a not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee, on 9th June 2003. Company Registration Number: 04792014

Mission Statement

Our Mission is to promote an enabling legal and regulatory environment for e-business by informing, consulting, recommending and reviewing.

How we achieve this

ü By having a long-range radar on proposed changes to legislation and policy so we are able to address issues with legislators when it is most valuable.

ü Through our strong channel of communication into UK government and Brussels.

ü By effectively representing the collective views of our members in order to effect change.

We are the only e-business forum in the UK that

ü Brings together a wide community of legal, regulatory, and policy-making professionals with a common cause.

ü Provides an independent forum in which members can help develop government policies in areas where there is common cause among the whole e-business community.

Meetings are held under Chatham House Rules.
